Lactobacillus Gasseri

I’ve been using Lactobacillus gasseri for a while and have noticed some improvement in digestion and less bloating. It seems to help with overall gut comfort and regularity. I haven’t had any side effects, and it’s been easy to take daily. Of course, results could also depend on diet and other lifestyle factors, but so far it appears to have a positive effect on my gut health.
