We also offer Express Shipping if your order is URGENT.

Deliveries are only made on business days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays).

Your purchase will be sent to the address specified on your order. If no-one is available at the time of delivery your purchase will be returned to the nearest depot. The driver will attempt to deliver again. We will assist you where we can in getting your purchase back to you but it will be your responsibility to arrange a new delivery date and time with the courier company. The courier will have your contact details and will always attempt to get hold of you in these situations. 

Tracking of your parcel will be communicated to you at all times. You can also use the "Track My Order" link at the bottom of the home page. Use your order number or tracking number.
