Delivery
  • We deliver to all major centres and outlying areas in South Africa.
  • All orders above R500 - Ship FREE | Orders below R500 – Flat Rate of R59
  • Orders which have been placed and paid on a working day before 15:30 will be dispatched the next working day. We are closed on Public Holidays.
  • Most parcels are delivered in 1 working day to Durban, Johannesburg and Pretoria. Cape Town & other outlying areas normally takes an extra day or two.
  • We cannot give a time when the courier driver will arrive to deliver the parcel. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.
  • You will receive a shipping email which will include a waybill number and a link to track your parcel online.
  • In the event of parcel delays please send an email to sales@energize-health.co.za and we will follow-up with the courier company.
  • Our courier company does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or any post office’s.
  • EFT orders are dispatched when payment reflects. For urgent orders please use PayFast Instant Eft option at checkout.
