Deliveries are only made on business days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays).
Your purchase will be sent to the address specified on your order. If no-one is available at the time of delivery your purchase will be returned to the nearest depot. We will assist you where we can in getting your purchase back to you but it will be your responsibility to arrange a new delivery date and time with the courier company.

Fastway Couriers offer a door to door delivery service so a business or home address is recommended. Please ensure that if you are unable to receive your purchase that someone is able to sign on your behalf. We will not deliver to a P.O. Box or Post Net address and we will not allow customers to use their own delivery service, unless it in an emergency or communicated and arranged in advance.
Please ensure that the correct postal code is used when adding your address to ensure an efficient delivery. Please also be advised that it is not always possible for a courier company to call you before delivering your purchase, so we recommend keeping track of your order.
If you choose the collect option for your order then we will be in contact to make the needed arrangements for your collection. Before collecting any orders, you will receive notification that your order is ready.

Delivery is something we pride ourselves in as we understand the excitement or urgency for your purchase. Please rest assured we will do everything needed to get your purchase to you as efficiently and speedily as possible.

- Cape Town
- Mossel Bay
- Plettenberg Bay
- Port Elizabeth
- East London
- Durban to any other areas not on the list are considered “Grey Areas” = 5-7 Days Service for R159 – R397.
- We cannot always determine what constitutes a grey area until we have your address.
- Our policy is to charge a base fee of R59 [for grey areas and the 17 areas above] and then send you an invoice for the balance.
- We have no control over what constitutes a grey area as they change all the time. We understand that this may be annoying at times but it really is out of our control.
