Overall very satisfied with the product. Ingredient list is simple and the protein portion per serving is as expected. Blends well, tastes great with water, or with water/milk mix. This product is a staple in our home. We add it to smoothies in the morning and it is so good to know that we are getting all the goodness of veggies without the hassle of having to prep, cool and eat them all. We prefer the banana berry flavour as it blends best with a variety of ingredients in a smoothie.

I’ve done research, this product has the relevant ingredients for it to be effective scientifically. I haven’t done a before and after test to scientifically validate it’s effectiveness. It seems to be working for me. It is a quality product because health stores that have strict ingredient screening procedures stock this product.
