Bacillus based probiotics are particularly good for leaky gut as they survive harsh stomach acids to reach the small intestine and colon, where they support healing. My gut is "flourishing" now.

Took it just for prophylactic for my liver as had some discomfort there. Was ok, not a miracle but at least some support. Intermittent fasting gave much better result
