Folacin is a source of the water soluble vitamin B9 (Folic acid) which plays an important role in normal metabolism such as energy release, amino acid synthesis, homocysteine regulation and promoting neuronal health.
It is required in high amounts by those who are pregnant in order to assist with nerve development and growth in the developing unborn child.

Folate 666 mcg DFE (400 mcg folic acid)
