ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  • ADULTS: Two capsules or 1 level teaspoon with a full glass of water 15 to 30 minutes before each meal three times a day.
  • If desired take an additional capsule with water between meals, or as recommended by your health care professional.
