ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

Dry herbal powder of:
Kelp (Ascophyllum Nodosum) 600mg
Providing lodine 390ug

DIRECTIONS:

ADULTS: One capsule daily with water before a meal.
One tablet contains approximately 390ug of iodine, recommended daily allowance 150ug iodine, upper safe level 1000ug iodine.
Do not exceed recommended dosage.
