My friend recommended this as ine of the only collagen that contains type I, II and III.
I haven't started it yet as finishing up my Sally Creed collagen.
Looking forward to trying it soon though.

I have been suffering from Osteoarthritis for some years and was, until recently, unable to form a fist with my fingers - I could only lower them halfway to my hand. Over the past six months, I've been taking this product once a day at breakfast, and was pleased to find that I could make a fist again after three months. My fingers still feel stiff and aching from time to time, but not as inflexible as before. I say this knowing that there is no cure for Osteoarthritis, but I have at least achieved some relief.
