NATURONE NATURAL PROGESTERONE CREAM

• Progesterone is one of the most important hormones in your body. It is vital in keeping your hormones balanced, especially during peri menopause and menopause when it starts to decline.
• Trans-dermal application allows for easier absorption as with oral medications, the health and state of the colon can compromise its effectiveness.
• Most women notice results right away. For others it may take up to three months of progesterone cream usage. Every woman’s body is different, so the time it takes to reach maximum effectiveness varies.

Each bottle of Naturone contains:

• Progesterone 2000 mg
• Cocoa seed butter (theobroma cacao)
• Shea butter ( butyrospermum parkii)
• Macadamia ternifolia nut oil
• Grapeseed oil (vitis vinifera)
• Castor seed oil (ricinus communis)
• Beeswax (cera alba)

Directions:

• Apply once or twice a day as needed. Start on the 12th day after the first day of menstrual flow through the 27th day, if you are still having periods.
• Bio-identical natural progesterone cream is easily and quickly absorbed into the body. You can apply it almost anywhere with success, though it is best not to put it on fatty areas, as the fat tend to hold it. For best absorption, intra-vaginal application at night is best.
• Rotate the areas you apply it to. Avoid saturating any one area, and overloading the cell receptors. It is best absorbed where the skin is relatively thin and well supplied with capillary blood flow, such as the upper chest and inner thighs, inner arms, but best intra-vaginal.
• Massage the progesterone cream into your skin until it is noticeably absorbed. Natural bio-identical progesterone cream should not be applied on top of other body creams or perfumes. This may interfere with proper absorption.
• It is important to use at least one jar per month for the first 3 months to achieve hormonal balance. Thereafter the dose can be decreased depending on symptoms.

Advanced Directions:

• Naturone is an all natural cream base with 2000 mg Progesterone pH. Eur. USP JP – which is derived principally from diosgenin, a steroidal sapogenin, found either in the soya-bean or the yam. It is the bio-identical molecule to that of human progesterone.
• NB. Naturone does not contain Wild Yam, but synthesized bio-idential human progesterone. Eating or applying ‘Wild Yam’ creams cannot be converted by the body into the human progesterone molecule
• The DOSAGE used by the individual, days of application and where best to apply the cream depends on the age of the person and the severity of the problem.
• However, the following is the dose generally prescribed to start… NATURONE can be applied on thin-skinned areas of the skin such as face, neck inner arms etc. during the day but for rapid absorption intra-vaginal or intra-anal applications are preferable at night.
• The best dosage is HALF the recommended daily dose in the morning and HALF at night.
• Women
• For the first three months, when treating all problems, it is advisable to use large doses to release xeno-oestrogens, at least one bottle per month. Thereafter you may reduce the amount of cream used, depending upon your symptoms.
• Menstuating Women – NATURONE should be applied from OVULATION (approx. day 13 of your cycle) to the end of the cycle. The recommended daily dose starting with 2 ml increasing over a period of 14 days to well over 4 ml
• Peri-menopause. The recommended daily dose is either 3-4ml from day 13 to 28, or 2 ml continuously throughout the month, (leaving a period of 5 free days each month, usually over menses), which ever controls the symptoms.
• Menopausal Women. 2 ml continuously throughout the month, leaving a period of 5 free days each month between jars
• Postmenopausal Women. Apply 1 ml from day 1 continuously throughout the month. A period of 4 or 5 days should be left NATURONE free every few weeks during periods of low stress.
• Osteoporosis. Apply 4 ml if a fertile female or 2 ml from peri-menopause/menopause
• After a Hysterectomy. For the first 2 years apply 2-4 ml from days 13 – 26 of the cycle.), thereafter 1 – 2ml as in postmenopausal women as the ovaries will have then atrophied.
• After an Oophorectomy. Apply as a post-menopausal woman.
• Pre-pubertal, pubertal. Apply 2 ml through out the month until a period starts, thereafter start on the 13th day following a period and stop on approx the 27th day. This should regulate the cycle.
• Dosage for falling pregnant and pregnancy:- From day 12 of your cycle (Day 1 being the first day of your period) Rub 2 ml of Naturone on your thin skinned areas (face, neck, arms, legs ) in the morning and insert 2 ml intra -vaginally at night (best absorption). Continue until a period starts. Stop and repeat again each month. If and when a period does NOT appear, this may mean you are pregnant. DO NOT STOP THE CREAM until the 4th month of pregnancy. This will assure that you do not have a LUTEAL PHASE ABORTION, which is one of the most common causes of infertility at the moment, and happens within the first few weeks of falling pregnant. At month 4, the placenta has firmly established its role as supplier of progesterone and you can wean off Naturone over a week…. taking less and less each day.
• At birth, reapply 2 ml Naturone morning and night. This will prevent Post Natal Depression and insure a calm mother and baby.
• Men Use 0.25 –1 ml continuously to control the symptoms.
