I am taking these for my skin, so I take with Vit c and a large glass of water as this benefits absorption and effectiveness. I’m taking 2 at lunch and 1 at night instead of collagen which our bodies do not absorb… so far I think (early days) that my skin looks more hydrated .. will continue for 3 months .
