Good protein for the price

Excellent priced protein. The inclusion of creatine makes it a bit difficult to manage you daily creatine intake. I would recommend purchasing an additional creatine monohydrate with this protein to better control your intake. Protein powder itself mixes woll with water but does tent to leave a few small lumps after mixed.
