Micellar Casein provides a steady stream of amino acids to muscle cells for up to seven hours.
This ensures positive nitrogen retention for much longer periods compared to that of whey protein.
Micellar casein is best used in the evening allowing for extended protein absorption and steady protein synthesis.
Contains 22g of high-quality micellar casein per serving. Very low in sugar.
