I have insomnia - this helped me sleep on the first night

I usually have a lot of caffeine at night, this helps me sleep, I was very surprised, the first night I hurt my neck - Ek het rerig vas geslaap ^^

I take a capsule at night before bed and I find my sleep is far more restful. It seems to calm my racing thoughts and I am able to fall asleep quicker
