Directions:

As a food supplement, take 1 – 3 capsules daily with water before meal times, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Up to 6 capsules per day can be taken in divided dosages.
Up to 3-5 grams of the powdered herb can be taken per day. (2 capsules = 1 gram of powder)
