Good Health Omega 3 saving grace

So I have been taking Good Health Omega 3 for years specificially for memory sharpness while doing final exams and boy my memory and focus was signifigantly improved. I ran out of these 6 months back and recently read a artical on dementia which scared me. I also know salmon oil is beneficial in reducing Cholesterol and this was another factor recently to buy 400 capsules. However what I wasnt expecting was something benefical which I had not relaised salmon oil assist with. I had been hobblying around with a left inflammed foot for about 6 months and after taken these for around 5 or 6 days after purchase, I realised that getting out of bed in the mornings and limping around for a hour in agony is now a thing of the past. I believe this was to much of a coincidence considering that i had this problem daily for months and have not had a single day with inflammation again. Why I bought the Good Health Salmon oil was the certification and the fact that it is produced in New Zealand which I felt was a trusted source. That certification seems trusted and I certianly felt the benefits. Salmon Oil has to many health adavantages to ignore
