- Contains 1000mg of methylsulphonylmethane - a form of sulphur that occurs naturally in the body - per tablet. It helps the body to naturally fight off pain in the joints and muscles.
- Sulphur is the third most important mineral found in the body after calcium and phosphor. You need 14g in your body at any given time.
- The MSM used is a vital building block for regeneration of damaged connective tissue. It assists in maintaining glutathione levels, helping to decrease recovery time from injuries.
- THRESHHold also helps to reduce pro-inflammatory markers and increases anti-inflammatory markers to inhibit excessive inflammation caused by physical exertion.
Directions:
- Adults and adolescents 12 and over: Joint support and relief of symptoms associated with pain, inflammation & arthritis: 3-6 tablets per day, depending on intensity and/or severity of symptoms.
- General maintenance and/or support: 2 tablets per day (once relief of symptoms is achieved). To promote exercise recovery and prevent post exercise soreness: 3 tablets per day.
- Children 6 - 12 years: For arthritis, inflammatory conditions and exercise associated pain: 1 tablet daily (The tablet may be dissolved in water/crushed and added to food or drinks).
