Dosage:

- Children 2-6 years: Take 2 drops on the tongue, or directly under the tongue or in a teaspoon of water 4 times daily 15 minutes before meals.
- In acute/severe cases: Take the relevant number of drops according to your/your child’s age hourly, gradually reducing frequency as improvement occurs, or as directed by your doctor, pharmacist or other healthcare provider.

- Ammi visnaga D1 (Hibiscus) Bronchodilator action on bronchioles.
- Aralia racemosa D2 (American Spikenard) Shortness of breath associated with colds and respiratory tract infections. Catarrhal asthma aggravated by cold draughts and exposure to cold, better from expectoration. Asthma in springtime and worse lying down. Dry cough at night but rattling in the morning, worse lying down.
- Cephaelis acuminata D4 (Ipecacuanha) Asthma associated with bronchitis and/or bronchiolitis, coughing with gagging and vomiting and rattling in the chest and suffocating cough. Asthma is worse lying down, on exertion or motion.
- Drosera rotundifolia D1 (Sundew) Dry irritating, spasmodic asthmatic cough or fits of coughing with difficulty in catching breath and choking. Irritating cough in children when lying down. Asthma when talking and worse after midnight.
- Grindelia robusta D2 (Rosin-wood) Wheezing and oppression of the chest in asthmatics, and chronic bronchitis or bronchiectasis. Asthma with excessive mucous accumulation, forcing patient to sit up (cannot breathe when lying down) with fear of suffocation. Rattling mucous in chest and irregular breathing.
- Hedera helix D6 (Common ivy) Asthma in children. Catarrhal asthma which is worse in warm rooms. Anxious feeling like the throat is closing or constricted.
- Lobelia inflata D3 (Indian tobacco) Psychogenic shortness of breath or asthma worse from emotions or stress with hyperventilation. Asthma attacks with faint feeling in stomach and prickly sensation. Sensation of a lump or blockage in throat or weight on chest. Asthma triggered by cold air. Breathlessness is out of proportion to the wheezing.
