Valerian is a herb that promotes relaxation and promotes sleep quality with improved sleep latency.
When taken at lower doses valerian can assist in the management of stress and anxiety.
Also beneficial for high blood pressure, hypertension and menopausal problems.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

Standardised herbal extract and powder eqv to:
Valerian root 3:1 (Valeriana officinalis) 380mg
Equivalent to 1140mg Valerian Root Powder

DIRECTIONS:

ADULTS: One capsule up to three times daily with water or as required.
For insomnia one to two capsules 30 minutes before retiring, or as recommended by your health care professional.
Not recommended for children and pregnant women
Very high doses may affect the ability to drive or operate dangerous machinery.
