- Aesculus hippocastanum promotes portal venous circulation to help treat varicose veins.
- Arnica montana has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect on painful varicose veins.
- Calcarea arsenicica has an anti-inflammatory effect on the veins of the lower extremities and relieves varicose veins and associated ulcers.
- Hamamelis virginiana promotes the correct tension of blood vessel walls to prevent venous congestion and varicose veins with associated bruised soreness and passive bleeding.
- Selenicereus grandiflorus has an antispasmodic effect on the circular muscular fibres of blood vessels.
- Silybum marianum acts on the vascular system to treat varicose veins and varicose ulcers associated with liver disorders.
- Strychnos nux-vomica is indicated for itching and cramps in the calves associated with poor circulation due to lack of sufficient movement.
- Vipera apis has an anti-inflammatory action on the veins to relieve painful varicose veins, phlebitis and severe lower extremity cramping.
